Important Dates

Arrival and Check-in: October 3rd between 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Retreat Program Commence: October 4th-6th: 3 full days

Retreat begins: Friday, October 4th, 4:00 am

Retreat Program Concludes: Monday morning, October 7th

Check-out options:

– Sunday, October 6th, after 6:00 pm (optional)

– Recommended: Monday, October 7th, by 10:00 am

 

*Please note that while check-out is possible on Sunday evening, we encourage you to stay until Monday morning to fully integrate the retreat experience and depart feeling refreshed and renewed.

Retreat Registration Information

Relaxion

cost

$360 per participant (includes shared room accommodation, meals, and program activities) Shared Room Policy: Rooms assigned based on gender (male/female separate). Shared rooms accommodate 2-3 participants in each room. No private rooms available due to retreat format and cost-effectiveness. Shared rooms equipped with: 2-3 beds Shared bathroom facilities Basic amenities (e.g., towels, toiletries) Room assignments are made to foster community and mindfulness. Participants expected to respect shared space and quiet hours 10PM-6AM. Shared room participants are encouraged to communicate and respect each other's needs. Participants responsible for keeping shared spaces and the retreat center tidy and organized.

Meditating by the lake

Silent Retreat Guidelines

  • We aim to create a distraction-free space for meditation and self-reflection.
  • This is a meditation retreat, not a social gathering.
  • Please maintain silence throughout your stay.
  • Maintain complete silence throughout the retreat.
  • No pocket meetings or small group discussions allowed.
  • Refrain from bothering or disturbing fellow participants.
  • Respect each other’s solitude and meditation space.
  • Please refrain from bringing electronic devices, books, or other distractions.

Digital Detox

Upon arrival, we will collect your mobile devices and other electronic items to create a digital detox environment. Alternatively, you may choose to leave them at home. In case of an emergency, you can provide your family contact number to us upon arrival.

Zero Tolerance Policy

If anyone is found disturbing others or disrupting the peaceful environment, we reserve the right to: Warn the participant Cancel their participation Terminate their stay (in extreme cases) We prioritize maintaining a serene atmosphere, allowing participants to focus on their meditation practice.

Observing the Eight Precepts

The Eight Precepts

1.Abstaining from killing 2. Abstaining from stealing. 3.Abstaining from sexual activity 4.Abstaining from telling lies. 5.Abstaining from intoxicating drinks and drugs. 6.Abstaining from eating after noon* 7.Abstaining from entertainment and beautifying the body 8.Abstaining from using luxurious furniture.

During your stay, we kindly request that you observe the Eight Precepts to deepen your meditation practice and maintain a peaceful environment.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ***Precept 6: Fasting after Noon As part of the Eight Precepts, we encourage participants to abstain from solid food after noon. This fasting period helps cultivate mindfulness, detachment, and focus on meditation. If you prefer not to fast for 16 hours, please inform us, and we will provide a light dinner. Before the retreat, you can email us any food allergies.
