Please note that we can accommodate your preferred time slot for the basic classes, with flexibility and convenience in mind. While the classes may not be consecutive, they will be spaced out to allow ample time for practice and absorption between sessions. Over four days, you’ll complete all classes with breaks in between to integrate your learning and deepen your practice. These practices will help you explore new depths of mindfulness and take you to the next level.

Welcome to our 4-Day Meditation Course! Our goal is to help you develop a sense of well-being through meditation. Here's an overview of the course:

Day 1 (30 minutes)

1. What is the meaning of meditation?
2. Why do we have to practice Meditation?
3. What are the various forms or techniques of meditation that exist?
4. What are the rewards of cultivating mindfulness?
5. what essential foundation must we establish to embrace a life of profound awareness, joy, and fulfillment?

Day 2 (30 minutes)
