2. _9:15am – 10:00am_: Loving-Kindness Meditation.
3. _10:00am – 10:15am_: Short Break.
4. _10:15am – 12:00am_: Breathing Meditation.
5. _11:00am – 12:00pm_: mindful eating meditation.
6. _12:00pm – 12:15pm_: Q&A Session.
7. _12:15pm – 12:30pm_: Walking Meditation- Introduction.

8. _12:30pm – 1:00pm_: Walking and Sitting Meditation.
9. _1:00pm – 1:15pm_: Short Break and Snacks Time.
10. _1:15pm – 1:30pm_: Impermanence Meditation.
11. _1:30pm – 2:00pm_: Skeleton Meditation.
