Retreat Rules and Guidelines
1.Arrival Time:
Please arrive on Friday between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. This allows ample time for you to settle in, get comfortable, and complete the check-in process.
2.Check-in Process:
Have your ticket ready (QR code or email confirmation).
Signing the waiver form is mandatory before entering the facility.
After check-in, a team member will escort you to your pre-assigned bed and area. Kindly do not switch beds or rooms. If a change is needed, let us know—we'll do our best to accommodate.
3.Noble Silence:
Please observe silence throughout the retreat. It is vital for deepening mindfulness and reflection.
4. Respect for Fellow Retreatants.
5.Observing Precepts:
Participants are encouraged to observe the Eight Precepts, which support mental clarity and spiritual development.
This includes refraining from dinner.
If you prefer to observe only the Five Precepts, light food options can be arranged—just let us know in advance.
6.Group Interactions:
Group discussions or casual conversations are not permitted. To fully immerse yourself, please refrain from sharing personal beliefs or engaging in debates. Let the silence guide your growth.
7.Digital Detox:
Please do not bring phones or electronic devices. If you do, they will be collected at check-in and returned at the end of the retreat.
