Mahamevnawa meditation Centre, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we want to ensure that our participants feel secure in their registration. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible, allowing you to cancel or modify your registration with minimal hassle.

Day-Long Retreat Refund Policy
By registering for our meditation class, you acknowledge that you have read our refund policy carefully.
Refund Terms
Full Refund (100%):
• Available if you cancel within 24 hours of registration
• No questions asked, full amount returned
How to Request a Refund
To cancel your registration and request a refund, please contact us immediately with your registration details.
Processing Time
All approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of your cancellation request.
We understand that plans can change, and we’re committed to working with you to find the best solution for your situation.
Multi-Day Retreat Refund Policy
If you cancel your registration within 45 days prior to the retreat, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
30-44 days prior to the retreat:
If you cancel your registration between 30-44 days prior to the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
Less than 30 days prior to the retreat:
We regret that we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the retreat.
Partial Payments:
Please note that partial payments made to secure a spot are non-refundable. Full payment is required to confirm your registration.
Late Payments:
We do not offer refunds for late payments or failure to pay the full amount by the designated deadline.
No-Show or Early Departure:
Please note that we do not offer refunds to participants who fail to attend the retreat or leave early. By registering for the retreat, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy.
