1. 9:00am-9:15am: introduction 2. 9:15 am-10:00 am. lovingkindeness meditation 3. 10:00am-10:15 am short break. 3. 10:15 am-11:00 am Breathing Meditation 4. 11:00 am-12:00 pm. Lunch Break 5. 12:30 pm - 12:30 pm Short Break 5 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm walking meditation. 6. 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Impermanence Meditation 7.2:00 pm - 2 :15 Short Break 8. 2:15 pm - 2: 45 pm. Q&A session + Silence Meditation 9: 2:45 pm - 3:00 pm Closing cycle: a final gathering where participants share insights.
