Be sure to bring any medications you regularly take when attending the retreat.
- Code of Conduct: We expect all attendees to treat others and the retreat environment with respect. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in being asked to leave the retreat.

You are responsible for your own safety and well-being during the retreat. You release the retreat organizers, instructors, and hosts from any liability for injuries or harm that may occur.
- Photography and Media: Please note that the retreat organizers may take photographs or videos during the retreat for educational purposes and social media. By attending the retreat, you grant permission to use your likeness and photographs for such purposes.
- Please be advised that food prepared by our devotees may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, soybeans, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. Food is offered voluntarily as a practice of generosity. If you have any food allergies, please bring your own food
- By participating in this retreat, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own dietary needs and any food-related allergies or sensitivities. While we strive to accommodate dietary preferences where possible, the organizers and staff are not liable for any adverse reactions, allergic responses, or health issues that may result from the consumption of food or beverages provided during the retreat. It is your responsibility to inform us of any known allergies and to make appropriate personal choices regarding your diet.
Ticket cancellation policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we have a limited capacity for our meditation classes. To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our programs, we have the following policy:
- Registration is binding, and we encourage you to carefully consider your commitment before signing up.
- We offer a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of registering. After this period, no refunds or credits will be given for cancellations or no-shows.
- If you’re unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible. If we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist, we will offer the option to transfer your registration to a future class (subject to availability). If the spot remains unfilled, no refund or credit will be issued.
- We use the Zeffy platform to process your payment. During checkout, you’ll be asked if you’d like to make an optional donation to support Zeffy. You can choose to adjust the donation amount or opt out entirely. Please note that any donation made to Zeffy is non-refundable.
