2. 9:15 am-10:00 am. Present Moment Awareness & Bod scanning meditation
3. 10:00am-10:15 am short break.
3. 10:15 am-11:00 am Breathing Meditation & Loving-Kindness Meditation
4. 11:00 am-12:00 pm. Lunch Break
5. 12:30 pm - 12:30 pm Short Break
5 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm walking meditation.
6. 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Impermanence Meditation
7.2:00 pm - 2 :15 Short Break
8. 2:15 pm - 2: 45 pm. Q&A session + Silence Meditation
9: 2:45 pm - 3:00 pm Closing cycle: a final gathering where participants share insights.

Our core meditation program focuses on the following key areas. However, based on participant feedback, we may also incorporate additional related meditations to enhance the experience.
COST
Due to space constraints and complimentary snacks and tea provided to all attendees, 50$ registration fee is applicable to prevent fraudulent sign ups.
Ticket cancellation policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we have a limited capacity for our meditation classes. To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our programs, we have the following policy:
- If you need to cancel, we offer a full refund if we’re notified within 48 hours of registration. If you cancel after 48 hours or are unable to attend, we’ll gladly provide a credit toward any of our future programs.
- Please reach out as early as possible so we can accommodate your change and issue a credit.
- We use the Zeffy platform to process your payment. During checkout, you’ll be asked if you’d like to make an optional donation to support Zeffy. You can choose to adjust the donation amount or opt out entirely. Please note that any donation made to Zeffy is non-refundable.
By registering for our meditation class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to terms and conditions and the cancellation policy.
Terms and conditions
- Health and Medical Conditions: If you have any health or medical conditions, please consult with your physician to determine if the retreat is suitable for you. Please inform the retreat organizers of any health or medical conditions when signing up and at the beginning of the retreat. Be sure to bring any medications you regularly take when attending the retreat.
- Code of Conduct: We expect all attendees to treat others and the retreat environment with respect. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in being asked to leave the retreat.
- Liability and Waiver: By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge the physical activities involved and assume all associated risks. You are responsible for your own safety and well-being during the retreat. You release the retreat organizers, instructors, and hosts from any liability for injuries or harm that may occur.
- Photography and Media: Please note that the retreat organizers may take photographs or videos during the retreat for educational purposes and social media. By attending the retreat, you grant permission to use your likeness and photographs for such purposes.
- Please be advised that food prepared by our devotees may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, soybeans, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. Food is offered voluntarily as a practice of generosity. If you have any food allergies, please bring your own food.
