Flexible Cancellations and Refunds for Day-Long and Multi-Day Retreats
Mahamevnawa meditation Centre, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we want to ensure that our participants feel secure in their registration. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible, allowing you to cancel or modify your registration with minimal hassle.
Please read our refund policies carefully before purchasing a ticket for any of our day-long or multi-day retreats.
Day-Long Retreat Refund Policy

Registration is binding, and we encourage you to carefully consider your commitment before signing up.
- If you cannot attend a class, please notify us as soon as possible.
- We do not offer refunds or credits for cancellations or no-shows.
- If a registered participant cancels, we will attempt to fill the spot from our waitlist.
- If the spot is filled, we will offer the opportunity to transfer to a future class (subject to availability).
- If the spot remains unfilled, we will not provide a refund or credit.
By registering for our meditation class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this cancellation policy.
This policy ensures that our limited spots are not left unfilled, which would deprive others of the opportunity to participate. We strive to create a committed and dedicated community, and this policy supports that goal.
Multi-Day Retreat Refund Policy
If you cancel your registration within 45 days prior to the retreat, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
30-44 days prior to the retreat:
If you cancel your registration between 30-44 days prior to the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
Less than 30 days prior to the retreat:
We regret that we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the retreat.
Partial Payments:
Please note that partial payments made to secure a spot are non-refundable. Full payment is required to confirm your registration.
Late Payments:
We do not offer refunds for late payments or failure to pay the full amount by the designated deadline.
No-Show or Early Departure:
Please note that we do not offer refunds to participants who fail to attend the retreat or leave early. By registering for the retreat, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy.
